Warranty Policy

 

Yallasouq.com offers a manufacturer’s warranty on all our products. For warranty services, please contact our Mekdam Telecom Service Center.

 

If your product fails to work appropriately as a result of a manufacturing defect, the product may be able to be repaired under the manufacturer's warranty, so long as it is within its warranty period. Contact our Service Center where you can have your device repaired during the warranty period. Yallasouq.com products carry different warranty periods through different vendors. Due to the nature of the products' design, manufacture or expected use, the warranty applies from the date of purchase by the first customer.

 

General Terms & Conditions

 

  • The warranty is valid only upon presentation of the proof of purchase consisting of original invoice or sales slip indicating the date of purchase, model and serial no. of the product. Mekdam Telecom W.L.L (Yallasouq.com) reserves the right to refuse warranty if this information has been removed or altered after the original purchase of the product.
  • This warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only.
  • The warranty will provide repair or replacement services to fix factory defect and damages that is not water damage, Physical damage or misuse.
  • Service is not available for issues caused by failure of or incompatibilities with any third party software or data residing or recorded in your product.
  • Repair of replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Repair or direct replacement of the product under the terms of this warranty may be full filled with functionally equivalent service replacement units.
  • The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and workmanship. The warranty does not cover the following: Periodic checks, maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
  • Assuring 12 months of warranty coverage for all our mobile phone devices and Accessories sold separately covered the warranty of 6 months from the date of purchase.

 

Service exclusions:

 

  • Service required due to failure of parts not supplied or maintained/repaired by anyone other than our Service Center
  • Service will not be performed if the serial number has been altered or removed. Mekdam Telecom WLL (Yallasouq.com) shall not be liable for reimbursements, claims and damages that may result from the unauthorized repair of the product.
  • Service will not be performed on a device that is damaged due to accident, abuse, liquid spill or submersion, neglect, misuse, extreme physical or electrical stress, lightning, fire and other force majeure.

 

The above policies are for warranty service and the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with non-warranty conditions. Mekdam Telecom WLL reserves the right to make final decisions regarding problem determination and the appropriate service option. Replacement units assume the remaining warranty of the original product. Some limitations and restrictions apply and these terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
